The service
Gavel List compiles public sheriff’s sale notices and adds estimates from public property tax records. We are not affiliated with any sheriff’s office, court or government agency, and we are not a broker, lender, appraiser or law firm.
No guarantee
Sale information changes often and is provided as published. Values and equity are estimates, not appraisals, and do not account for other liens, unpaid taxes or property condition. Confirm every sale’s date, terms and title with the sheriff’s office and your own professionals before bidding. You use the information at your own risk.
Your subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Your plan includes a monthly allowance of CSV downloads.
Acceptable use
Your subscription is for your own business. Don’t resell, republish or share the list or your account, and don’t scrape the service. If you contact owners, you’re responsible for complying with all laws on calls, texts, mail and data use, including the TCPA and the National Do-Not-Call Registry.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; we’ll tell subscribers by email before material changes take effect.
